CB Technology has today announced the appointment of Calum Hepburn as a key account manager. This strategic hire will support strengthening connections between CB Technology's manufacturing expertise and the evolving needs of our customers.
CB Technology continues to grow as Scotland's premier independent electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider. Following a 36% revenue increase to £14.3 million for the 2022-23 fiscal year and further growth in 2023-24 fiscal year, the company is doubling down on customer service by bringing Calum’s talents on board.
His extensive business management and manufacturing industry expertise will help fortify CB Technology's market-leading position by ensuring seamless coordination between sales, operations, delivery and client relations.
He began his career a decade ago with Dremel Europe and joins us from Vink Scotland, where he spent nearly six years. There he worked as an account manager and was later promoted to a business development role.
In his new role, Calum will be primarily responsible for managing a number of key customer accounts within our customer portfolio, building upon our high standards of delivery, quality, responsiveness and customer satisfaction.
