It is my job to ensure that we (CB Technology) have the right controls in place to safely deliver what the customer wants, on time, and to the correct quality levels.
What could you not do your job without?
The co-operation of my colleagues at CB. Everyone has a part to play in Quality and HSE it has to be a TEAM event to ensure success.

Communication, in particular listening to others and being able to interpret their needs or concerns and then helping to find a solution to the problem.
Describe how your role relates to others/fits with the end to end solution at CB:
I help to validate or challenge the team through the process to ensure that we have captured and considered the customer requirements, and ensure we are taking the correct actions to drive Right First Time.
Time invested at the beginning of the process will help reduce the need for interventions at the back end.
What advice would you give your 21 year old self? (assuming you are over 21!)
Invest in Microsoft and buy Bitcoin.
Spend more quality time with family and friends, life is too short and tomorrow is not guaranteed.
How do you relax?
I am a passionate angler, in particular sea angling from the shoreline (Beaches or rocks), even when the weather is inclement, the sound of the waves, the glimpses of wildlife, and the environment are great for the soul.
What superpower would be most useful in doing your job at CB?
If hindsight was a superpower…. I think teleportation or cloning would be a useful superpower as I often need to be in two places at the same time.
